About FRF

Future Ready Foundation (FRF) aims to provide equal access to quality education, resources, and opportunities for all students, regardless of their background or circumstances.   

We strive to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that empowers students to reach their full potential and prepares them for a successful future in the digital age.   

We enable partners to channel their Corporate Social Responsibility funding into initiatives towards fostering impactful change in schools.

Meet the Trustees

Kevin Maton
Chair: Local Gov.

Kevin worked in Economic Development for 30 years and has been local councillor since 1987. He has a particular interest in community and social enterprise.

Caroline Pardoe
Trustee: Education

Caroline has spent over 16 years teaching and leading in UK state schools. She is dedicated to action and advocacy that enhances equality of opportunity. 

Paul McLaughlin
Trustee: Media

Paul has over 20 years experience working in the media industry, presenting and producing an award-winning breakfast show alongside teaching at an Academy specialising in Arts, film and radio production.

Louise Campton
Founder: Careers

Louise is a dedicated career and education professional focused on improving the lives of disadvantaged individuals and achieving equitable access for all.

Mark Yorke
Founder: EdTech

Mark has spent over 20 years designing  
and delivering STEM and Digital Skills programmes in UK schools. 

Currently the CEO of Tablet Academy

The FRF Transparency Promise

FRF operate under a Transparency Promise so partners can be confident that the majority of their donation is used to further the cause they wish to support. 

The table below shows how funding received is managed for all projects.

Charity Costs​
  • A fee taken to cover the operational costs of the charity, including the project management costs of your agreed activity.
    ​
  • Operational costs are kept to a minimum by not employing staff directly. The charity relies on time donated in kind, or support provided by founding partners Primary Goal and TA Education.​

Security Fund ​
  • This fee is collected and held in reserve to secure the future of FRF against any unexpected costs.
    ​
  • Any funds remaining at the end of the financial year will be awarded to a cause in line with our mission statement.​

Final Reward​
  • The amount of your donation that is spent on delivering your project as agreed in your commitment document.

  • The costs of capturing the impact data and outcomes required must be included in this figure.​
